Questions
How long does it take to arrive?
About 6 days to print, then 8 to 15 working days on the way for most countries. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. You get a tracking link when it ships.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, to every country in the table. The price you see is what you pay us. Some countries outside the UAE add import tax or duty when the parcel arrives; that is charged by your country, not by us.
How does the multi-buy price work?
Desk mats are AED 110, the second is AED 90 and every one after that AED 80, in any mix of designs. A mouse pad is AED 45 to 55 when your order has a desk mat (S 45, M 49, L 55). On their own, pads are S 69, M 75 and L 85, and a second pad costs less again.
What if it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?
Tell us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, the shipping label and the outer box. We reply within 1 working day and reprint it or refund you. You keep the faulty one unless we ask for it.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Each mat is printed for your order, so we can't take returns for a change of mind, a different size or a different design. Check the sizes before you order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering, before printing starts. After that your mat is already being made.
Which size should I choose?
The XL (80 × 30 cm) goes under the keyboard and the mouse. The L (29 × 25 cm) gives the mouse room to travel, the M (25 × 20 cm) fits most desks, and the S (22 × 18 cm) is for small desks and travel.
Will the colours match the photos?
Our photos use the exact print file. Fabric prints a little softer than a screen, so very bright colours look slightly calmer in person.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it dry flat. Don't iron it or put it in a dryer.
