Who we are

inkdune sells desk mats and mouse pads printed to order. These terms apply when you buy from this site. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where VAT applies. Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we send a confirmation email, with an invoice.

Order more, pay less. Any 2 items in one order get 10% off the total. 3 or more get 15% off. Any mix of designs and sizes counts. The discount is applied at checkout and can't be combined with other discounts unless we say so.

Made to order

Each item is printed after you order, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. Colours can look slightly different on screens. Sizes can vary by 1 to 3 cm, which is normal for printed fabric mats. For damaged or misprinted items, see the refunds page below.

Delivery

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 weeks: about 6 days to print and 8 to 15 working days to arrive. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Import charges, if any, are paid by the receiver.

Damage, misprints, refunds

See Refunds and reprints. In short: tell us within 3 days of delivery and we reprint or refund. This does not limit your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Our designs

All designs are original and belong to inkdune. Buying a mat doesn't give you the right to copy or resell its design.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered in good condition. We're not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Law and complaints

These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai. Write to us first at hello@inkdune.com. You can also complain to the UAE consumer protection authorities at any time.
